Shipping

We do not keep pre-made figures in stock, everything is printed on demand. Depending on order volume, delivery times may vary – but we typically dispatchorders within two or three weeks.

All our models are packed in boxes with sufficient filling material to ensure the chance of damage is minimized. 

We use recycled packaging material – as in we reuse boxes and packaging material that we receive from our suppliers. 

For our filling material, we shred old newspapers, cardboard etc. 

These are some of our measures to reduce environmental impact.

Payments

We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

Yes, it is safe to use your credit card on our site. We use SSL encryption to protect your payment information and ensure a secure transaction. Your data is never stored on our servers.

If your payment is declined, please double-check your payment details and try again. If the problem persists, contact your bank or payment provider for more information. You can also reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Returns

Everyone has the right to return an order up to 14 days after receipt. If you are going to return, items must be in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging and with all accessories supplied. When we’ve received the return shipment in good order, you’ll be credited the purchase amount within 14 days.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

We do not offer free returns. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
